• Production Lead Time: Every sign is handmade to order with extreme care. Please allow 5-7 business days for hand production and assembly before shipping.
• Rush Orders: If your wedding date falls within the next 2 weeks, you are required to purchase the "Rush Order" upgrade at checkout to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Custom Color Changes: Color adjustments are highly accommodated with notice, but please note that custom palette modifications add production time and are strictly unavailable for emergency orders needed within a 2-week window.
• Return Policy: Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
