Returns
We want every customer to leave here with products they love, products that will add a special touch to your big day, but also products that can be reused and resold after your wedding. If you find that your order doesn't live up to this please see out policies on various circumstances...
Cancelations:
We do allow cancelations up to 24 hours after an order has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to us via email at sweetcamsigns@gmail.com
Custom/Personalized signs:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for any custom or personalized orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your custom order, please email us at sweetcamsigns@gmail.com to discuss.
Damages:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of your delivery. Delivery times are stated on tracking information. If 48 hours have lapsed, you do forfeit any claim for damages as it will be assumed it occurred after delivery. If you reach out within the 48 hour window, be aware we will ask for photos of the packaging, labels and the damage to the product. We will issue any necessary refunds or replacements through us, and then file a claim with USPS/UPS ourselves so you aren't left waiting as this can be a timely endeavor.
Returns:
Return are accepted for any NON custom/personalized sign, in original condition. If your return is being requested for "no fault", buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returns will be processed within 36 hours of delivery to us and funds will be sent to back to the form of payment you used to make the purchase. Please allow your bank the proper processing time.
Charge Backs:
If you do a charge back on your credit card after receiving your item and no communication regarding any issues was received, you will be placed on a banned list. No exceptions. We are just a small, at home business and can not afford to be stolen from. We are more than happy to communicate regarding issues and compensating when necessary but to receive an item and then do a charge back so you get your money back and get to keep the item is just wrong and won't be tolerated.
